Delivery Methods
- Door-to-Door Delivery: We deliver directly to the customer's specified address, including residences, offices, hospital rooms, and nursing home beds.
- Express Delivery: Regardless of the time of day or day of the week, our team is available 24/7 to support customers in urgent need. We can arrange for express delivery within 2 hours. The delivery fee is around $150-180, and will be collected by the delivery personnel.
Delivery Fees and Minimum Order Amount for Free Delivery
- Purchase Only What You Need, No Need to Worry About Minimum Order Amount
- For purchases of less than $500, delivery fees $58. No minimum purchase requirement. We use express delivery to deliver the products directly to you.
- Free Delivery for Orders Over $500
- For a single order of over $450 (calculated after discounts and promotions), the entire order is eligible for free delivery.
- (For Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, outlying islands, and remote areas, delivery fees will be adjusted according to the charges of the delivery company.)

Delivery Timeframe
- In-stock products will be shipped on the same day. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. Express delivery can arrive on the same day (within 2-4 hours).
- The price shown on the day of purchase at the Wound Academy online store is the applicable price.
- Delivery services are only available for Hong Kong. The delivery area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and designated outlying island areas. For delivery arrangements overseas, please contact the store manager via Whatsapp at (852) 5300 0565.
- Delivery services do not apply to locations where the delivery truck cannot access.
- All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the actual supply of goods. If we are unable to provide any ordered products or services, Wound Academy reserves the right to refuse the order and will notify you of the refund arrangements by phone or email.
- After placing an order, if there are any changes to the delivery address or selected delivery time slot, it is the customer's responsibility to inform Wound Academy of the changes as soon as possible for arrangements.
- We will do our best to deliver the products to the designated location on time, and we kindly request that customers sign for the products within the specified time. Wound Academy is not responsible for any losses incurred if the customer requests the product to be left outside the door.
- Wound Academy reserves the right to refuse delivery to any customer at our absolute discretion.
