How often should I change it? How long can it stay on?

Typically every 1–5 days depending on exudate. Replace sooner if saturated or edges lift/roll.

Can I combine it with silver/iodine or other antimicrobials?

Usually yes with contact layers or as a secondary/primary combination. If using iodine/silver directly, consider layering to avoid chemical interference; follow clinical judgement.

Shower‑proof?
