使用建議 / How to Use

  • 上敷前先清潔；敷料邊緣至少覆蓋傷口 1 公分（≥1 cm overlap）。
  • 乾燥傷口可先以無菌生理鹽水預濕；依滲液量與臨床判斷可連續使用最多約 7 天。
  • 中至大量滲液：優先搭配 AQUACEL® Foam 作次級固定/覆蓋（密封邊緣、提升舒適與吸收緩衝）。

這款敷料是否適合所有傷口？
Aquacel® Ag+ Extra 適合中至大量滲液、懷疑或已感染、或生物膜相關的慢性傷口（如壓瘡、糖尿病足、腿部潰瘍）。 對於乾燥或極少滲液的表淺傷口，請依臨床判斷預濕或選擇更合適的產品。
需要多久更換一次？
視滲液量與臨床狀況而定，通常可使用 1–7 天；若滲液溢滿或邊緣滲出，請及時更換。
可以裁剪嗎？可否用於腔洞？
片裝可依需要裁剪；腔洞或隧道建議選用 Ribbon 規格填塞，並保留引流出口。
次級覆蓋應選哪一款？
建議優先搭配 AQUACEL® Foam， 以增強固定與邊緣密封；若滲液量非常大，可考慮超吸收類次級敷料並依臨床判斷加壓治療。
有哪些情況不建議使用？
對敷料成分已知過敏者；乾痂完全覆蓋且無滲液的乾燥創面；或需緊急手術清創的嚴重感染傷口。任何疑問，請先諮詢醫護人員。
